Step two: Know that what you eat is much more important than when you eat it
It can be all too easy to fall into the trap of fad diets as a way to save time. This, however, will set you back down the line as they don’t offer many long-term benefits and your weight loss is not usually sustained. So make sure to forget what you’ve heard about eating at night or in the morning, and instead focus on what you are eating instead. Step three: Cut out the unnecessary fillers
If you want to stop at a coffee shop and grab your favorite drink, go right ahead. Just cut down on the sugar and fillers. You’ll save calories and fat without even knowing, while still fulfilling your caffeine cravings!
