A consultation is recommended, especially if you’re new to a treatment. This helps us understand your goals and customize your plan. If you’ve had a treatment with us within the last three months, a consultation may not be necessary.

Yes, all treatments require patients to be 18 years or older.

Just bring a smile! If you’re a new patient, we will email you paperwork and recommend completing it before your appointment. If you have recent lab work, bring that as well.

We do not accept insurance, but we provide forms that allow you to file a claim with your insurance company if applicable.

Appointments & Care Access

For medspa treatments, we recommend booking one week in advance. For weight loss consultations, appointments are usually available within 2–3 days.

For some services, we do offer same-day appointments, but availability is limited. Please contact us to check availability.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us at least 24 hours in advance.

Absolutely! We encourage scheduling multiple treatments in the same visit for convenience.

Yes, you are welcome to bring a guest.

Yes, children are welcome, but we ask that they remain supervised during your appointment.

Yes, all treatments are performed in private rooms to ensure your comfort and privacy.

At this time, we do not offer virtual consultations, but we are considering adding this service in the future
