I mostly see Brian when I visit and he is very knowledgeable on weight loss and exercise. I had an appointment this morning, the receptionist said that my voucher from Groupon is not valid because it should be a year since last appointment. I asked why did she schedule an appointment knowing that I am an existing client since she looked me up in her system before scheduling an appointment and knew that I could not use the vaucher? She just laughed at me together with another receptionist. Unbelievable.. please think twice before scheduling an appointment, customer service is terrible.
